This is the second time I have called on Trees-R-Us to take down 3 or 4 trees. After dealing with them the first time I did’t think twice about who to call this time. They are very easy to deal with and very professional. We are very particular about our yard and I was very pleased with the clean up and the way they protected the yard and the sprinkler system. Would definitely recommend them to someone else.

“Trees-R-Us” goes the extra mile! Leon kept me posted about everything. Always calling to let me know when and where and how the job would be done. Arrived on time and worked efficiently, safely and quickly. The crew cleaned up the mess and did several things that were not even part of the agreed upon job quote! Hence the “goes the extra mile” This crew has the correct paperwork and is a member of the BBB.org. Would hire them again in a flash!
Leon and his crew recently removed 2 each 50+ year old Pine trees that were damaged in last years hail storm. Both trees were located to next to docks and shore lights neither of which was disturbed. I was very surprised to see no real damage done to the land scaping and how clean they left their work areas. I will be calling Leaon and his crew back as we now have 4 more trees that are not going to recover from that nasty hail storm. These are next to the house and driveway so they will present a challenge as well, but i trust them.
Leon and his crew did a great job removing several trees without disturbing the landscape. I expected to have to go behind them to clean up to my satisfaction. To my surprise their clean up was exceptionable. Nothing left for me to do. Their price for the work was reasonable. I will use them again if the need arises.
Wow! We arrived at the lake and we couldn’t even see a trace of our dead trees. I had to go out and try to find any evidence and there was none. I don’t even think a blade of grass was bent. I will never use anyone other than Leon – thank you.

We are very pleased with the professional services of Trees-R-Us. We had 6 large trees removed from our property. The trees were removed without damaging other landscape. Trees-R-Us did an excellent job of removing 2 blackjack trees from my yard. While here, they also ground two stumps, leveled a parking pad, and removed all the debris.
They came whithn 5 days of giving us a price and everyone in the crew was professiosnal and friendly. Steve did all the scary work in the air and never blinked an eye.

Just a quick feedback on my experience with this company. I live in south Clay County and had 4 large trees in my yard that I wanted down because of the mess of leaves, acorns and debris that cluttered my yard and clogged gutters. These trees all had to come down piece-meal to avoid damage to the house, power lines and flower garden paths. I also wanted full clean up and haul-away, no grinding.
I prefer to keep work like this in my local county so I called for estimates from my local tree service folks and while checking the yellow pages I caught an ad for Trees R Us and also invited them for an estimate.
Leon and his associate were the first (same day) to stop by and described the equipment he used and gave me a written estimate. Others followed the next few days.
I chose Trees R Us, not just because they were the low bidder, but also because they were the ONLY one with ALL the necessary equipment to do the job exactly like I wanted. Everyone had bucket trucks, saws and grinders but what impressed me was Leon’s very large debris-dump trailer and his front-end loader with the debris claws that can gracefully pick up huge amounts of limbs, logs and trunks and neatly deposit them into his dump trailer.
I must say the work was perfect, cleanup immaculate and all debris was hauled away. They even used a gas-blower to clean the sawdust from the flower garden walkways.
No doubt this was a very positive experience for my wife and I and I have already recommended Trees R Us to other family members and close friends.
In December, I had Leon Brewer remove a 65 ft pine that had fallen on our lot across our sea wall and into the lake. The lake bed was wet and muddy which made the job more difficult. His price was competitive, he was a pleasure to work with and I was very pleased with the clean up and condition of our property. I definitely recommend using Trees R Us.

AS WE REVIEWED HIS WEBB SITE ADVERTISMENT IT OUTLINED THE SERVICE(S) HE PROVIDES THAT WE HAPPENED TO NEED.
BECAUSE OF THE DANGER OF THE TREE REMOVAL A TRE PROFESSIONAL WHO WAS REFERRED TO US TO DO THE WORK, REFERRED TREES R US TO
TO DO THE JOB.
WE HAD A HUGE OAK HANGING OVER THE HOUSE THAT WAS VERY DANGEROUUS AND IT HAD STARTED MOVING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION AND COULD FALL WHEN ENOUGH RAIN HAPENED THIS SPRING .
WE HAVE OTHER BIG TREES IN THE PAST FALL ON OTHER PARTS OF OUR LARGE LOT BUT LUCKILY WITH NO DANGER TO THE HOUSE.
WE HAD A LARGE POPLAR AND SWEET GUM TREE NEEDING REMOVAL, ONE WAS DEAD, THE OTHER DYING AND THEY NEEDED TO BE REMOVED SAFELY AND COST EFFECTIVE USING THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT THAT WAS ON SIGHT FOR THE PRIME TREE’S REMOVAL.
BESIDES THE TREE REMOVAL THEY TRIMMED ADJACENT TREE LIMBS, GROUND THE REMAINING STUMPS, AND CLEAND UP AFTER THE JOB WITH ALL THAT WAS LEFT WAS: A JOB WELL DONE AND A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
THE WORK WAS PEREFORMED SO WELL AND PROFESSIONALLY, THAT IT
WAS ALMOST LIKE THE PERFOMANCE OF AN ART FORM WITH THE GREAT SKILLS REQUIRED, AND THE EFFICIENCY OF THE WORK PERFORMED BY THESE MEN.

I too just had a very similar experience with Tree-R-us and Leon Brewer. They were timely and professinally removed a very large and dead tree close to my house. Price was competitive and I was most pleased with the clean up and condition of my property after the work. As most people know, that is not always the case at LM. Absolutely recommend them.
Mr. Brewer is a class act. I have used them/him twice. Second time I just called on the phone and he arrived and did his work. Never even saw him. Cleaned up, did a quality job and left the bill on at the door. He is trustworthy and a gentleman. Fair price and good work. I will use him again. I recommend.

I recently had Trees-R-Us remove a number of large trees from my lot, some close to my house, and one even growing through a hole in my deck. I asked how that one would be removed, and the response was “very carefully.” This proved to be the case for the whole job. I watched the first part of the operation, and it was obvious that they were very professional in their approach and had the equipment to to do the job safely and quickly. As a bonus Mr. Brewer and his men were very pleasant and accomodating to deal with. I had to leave before the work was finished, but when I returned the trees were gone, the stumps ground, and the area was cleaner than when they came. They even cleaned up brush piles and old firewood from previous trimming. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

We recently contracted with Leon and his talented crew to handel numerous tree cutting, trimming, removal and stump grinding tasks at our new home in Stillwaters. We are new summer/part-time residents of Stillwaters and own 3 adjoing lots. Leon’s company, Trees-R-Us was the first and only tree service we called. we were very fortunate to select such a professional and expereinced group the first time around. After meeting and negotiating the work and a fair price in less than 30 minutes, I felt we had engaged a knowledgeable and seemingly very professional tree services’ provider, but had yet to observe his/their work. Trees- R -Us returned about 1 week later, ahead of schedule and Leon, Steve and Mike spent nearly two full days performing the required tree services and cleaned the property, even in areas where they did not perform any work. They also rehund (2) mercury vapor lights for us and did not charge us. They observed rules of safety throughout the project. I must admit we were very impressed and immensely pleased with their ability to perform the services in a very efficient, competent and workmanlike manner. The price was fair and all employees were polite and pleasant to work with. Donna and I would highly recommend Trees-R-Us’ services and have contracted them to maintain our property after wind and ice storms.

Leon, Steve and their young helper knocked out a tree in my backyard today & cleaned the area up as if they were entertaining themselves that night. When pricing the job out, it was on a Sunday afternoon. I phoned 3 companies and asked for a quote. One company never phoned back, another was over $100.00 higher than Trees R Us and then I spoke with Leon, He asked me if he could drive his truck around to the backyard and once I agreed he gave me a great price. If any of my friends asked me to recommend a tree service in Central Alabama, Trees R Us would be my only response. Thank you men!

I recently (week of July 7th, 2008) contracted with TreesRUs for the removal of six trees, a couple of which were hazardous to a structure on my lot.
I must say that the work was done in a truly outstanding manner. When I returned to my lake house (since I am a vacationer at Lake Martin), I could not tell where the trees had been, save for very small stumps. Wood from the six trees was stacked per my request, the lot was quite clean, and frankly I could not tell they had been there. There price was more than competitive, and I am simply delighted at their work well done.

Trees-R-Us took down 27 pine trees in our backyard green-belt, 4 pine trees in one adjoining neighbor’s yard and 1 pine tree in the other neighbor’s yard. Leon Brewer and his staff, Steve, Jeff, George and Brandon did an excellent job!! They were very professional and considerate of our property, lawn, shrubbery and sprinkler system. They took each tree down separately and hauled each piece out by tractor to the street piece-by-piece in order not to damage our property. They put down plywood in order not to make ruts in the grass. They raked up all the debris and chipped it up and hauled it away. In 3 to 4 days time, you would have never known that 27 pine trees had been taken down, hauled away and cleaned up. They are good, honest, hard-working people. Leon Brewer and Steve Caldwell have the knowledge and the equipment to do any job that you need done no matter how large or small the job might be. Today, I have an appreciation for their very dangerous occupation that a week ago, I had no clue. It is absolutely unbelievable the knowledge and skill they have to have in order to make that very first cut. I highly recommend Trees-R-Us for “ALL” your tree service needs. Thank for a job well done!!
Trees-R-Us lifted a large pine tree that had fallen onto our house. They were able to lift the pine without damaging the house or surrounding area. They even renailed the shingles and repaired a split board while in their bucket truck. This saved us a lot of time and trouble finding a ladder and repairing the slight damage ourselves. They responded to our call quickly and had the tree removed within a few hours. Fast, courteous, professional service!
Trees-R-Us trimmed numerous trees in my yard on May 22. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown while they were working at my home. They took every precaution not to harm my home, yard, or shrubbery. I felt the price was very reasonable as well. I would certainly recommend them to other people.
Leon Brewer and the staff of Trees-R-Us did an exceptional job removing several trees and stumps from my yard. He took extreme care to protect my lawn and sprinkler system. His specialized equipment allowed him to take down a tree in a controlled manner and lower the pieces directly into a trailer to be hauled away. After grinding the stumps, he took the time to fill-in the hole and spread my pine straw over the area. You couldn’t even tell a tree had been there. After raking-up any remaining small twigs, they used a blower to clean my driveway! His prices are competitive and his customer service is outstanding. I have nothing but praise for this professional team.
On saturday I had Trees-R-Us take down 5 trees at my lake cottage. One very large dead pine was right next to the house. They arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule, did a very professional job of taking down the trees, and a very thorough job of cleaning up. They cut one dead hardwood up for firewood and hauled the others off. I would certainly recommend Leon and his staff to others.
